The beakfasts are very delicies, staff is friendly and very supportive, rooms are clean, bedding is changed every day, territory is clean and nice. The hotel has very good location. It easy to get to the major stores and other shopping/eating places. We had wonderful time here and highly recommend this hotel to others |

Food was excellent (especially the home-made brown bread). Staff English could have been better but the friendliness could not. I d certainly recommend Full House for a good budget holiday. |

Nang Yuan Island Dive Resort, Suratthani 84280 we asked for hot water for my 2 yr old baby. The staff at restaurant said charge for 10B and I explained we are staying and for my baby smilk feeding. They still said 10B. They should have provided kettle in the room and if not never should charge extra. It is a long way to go to ask for hot water at the restaurant. check out time is 10am too ealry. and if after swiming I need a frest water shower at the beach they insisted to charge each person a 10 B again.When I was picked up by the boat back to Koh Samui I asked where my tow luggages, the staff at the couneter said her colleagued bring them to the pier already. Then when we were almost on broad,I asked where my luggages.. They then realized they have left at the counter????? very bad servbices. Their staff at the restaruant never cleaned tables or floor, but were around to caht each other. I asked to order food, they asked me to find a table myslef even I was with my two year old baby . I did need their help to find a spare table, as alomost full. They asked me to go some corner to find the spare tabel my self and will be bakc to me in one minute, but no boday came ..... I don;t think they cared about client s services at all and charg etoo much on room rate ... |

The Pinewood Residences, Banglamung, Chonburi base on your advertisement in the sight I selected this hotel,in arrival time it was below my expectation in compare to somerset lake hotel. bad smelling in the room due to absent of air vacume in lavatory(w.c),I mentioned this to receptionist.breakfast served very bad and disorganized,with old devices. Mango Bay Grand Resort, Koh Tao 84280 Owners are friendly. Other staff only OK not hot water on one night. should refund some money , as we paid for hot shower water. The road is too deep for a 70 years old my mother and my 2 year old baby. They should asked someone to help to either carry my baby , helped my mother . My mother had hurt her leg by fall down on the slops ways to the hotel. We thought it was by boat and they did say by boat on the last email they wrote to me.When I booked I did mention about I have a 70 yr old person and 2 year old baby with me to check in. They should arraneg better |

Phu Chaisai Mountain Resort & Spa, Mae Chan, Chiang Rai 57110 We almost couldn t find the resort as it was hidden in the mountain! The location is too far if you wanna explore the Chiang Rai town and go up to Golden Triangle! But if you wanna just relax and enjoy the mountain view, Phu Chaisai is value for money. Great room, great view, exceptional Thai food at their restaurant and great spa! But some of the facilities eg. swimming pool, common area and gardening is under maintenance. The room #304 we stayed didn t have hot shower at all! The hotel gave us another room just for shower! |

Buffet b fast average to poor, limited choice and no egg station. Good location in town. Many nice restaurants within 10 min walk at road behind hotel and 15 min to Banhan Tower. |

Patong Resort, Patong Beach Phuket 83150 Excellent Hotel location, if you stay in garden rooms you pretty much walk outside your room and head north to bangla road and bang youre right there. no joiner fee if you book for 2 people, extra is 700 baht. Phuket is nice but Pattaya is way better. Staying at Lamai next time. |

Hutcha is a nice resort with a beautiful garden, nice swimming pool and good location on beautiful and quiet Mae Nam beach. Superior villa is a great room, big and beautiful, very good bed. Breakfast is also good you can choose from a list (yummie pancakes) + small buffet with toasts and fruit and juice. Nice staff. No safe in de room but good safe system at the reception. |

Majestic Suites, South Nana, Bangkok 10110 I have stayed many times at Majestic Suites and Majestic Grande so I knew what to expect.Always good value for money and location and facilities good for a short stay.I must comment however on my disappointment when ordering breakfast.I orders English B/fast but the waitress said that only American or Continental b?fast was included in the price.I do not recall this before but seeing as there is only a difference of 10 baht between the two b/fasts in the menu I said could I have the English and pay the difference?The answer was no-if I wanted English I would have to pay the full price in the menu.To me this is illogical and not good customer service.It was no big deal so I ordered the American.The service otherwise was great and I will probably stay there again. |

Coast Star Mansion, Patong, Phuket 83150 As iI arriwed with the minibus from Phuket Airport to the Coast Star Mansion, the cervice personel welcomed me in a way that made me feel safe and in good hands. This friendly tone between the staff and me lasted throughout all my days at the hotel. The prices were good on the room, but one of the two roms I sleeped in could have had a better standard. The hotel is in the middle of everything and it makes it easy to get around. As I mentioned in the beginning, the best of all was the great staff and their friendly eeffort to make you feel at ease there. It worked great for me! Best regards, Remi Brandsegg, from Norway |

After stay there 1 night, We change our point of view. The room was very tidy. Hotel staff members were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. We also like the hotel design--it s classic design. If we go to Ubonratchathani again, we will stay at Tohsang City Hotel. Very impress hotel!!! |

Salad Hut, A.Kohphangan, Surathani Of the 5 diffrent hotels me and my girlfriend have stayed at, on our 25 day long holiday, Salad hut were the best. This place is a pearl. Haad salad (the beach) is beautifull, its quiet without being TO quiet. This beach lies a bit away from the other beaches, but its easy to get there both by motorbike, taxi or taxiboat. We had the view to the most beautifull sunset every night from our table on the hotels restaurant. The staff on this hotel is above rating, the service is supreme. As some ppl have said before, the pool is a bit small but for the size of the hotel it has a fine size. The rooms are nice and all (except 2 that have sea view) lays within 20 M of the pool, And within 30M of the sea. |

Находится чуть в стороне от шумной улицы, но при этом всего 5 минутах хотьбы до всех кафешек, развлечений и т.д. Номера чистые, уютные, белье меняют каждый день, ухоженная и зеленая территория, шведский стол на завтрак, пляж в 1 минуте хотьбы от номера, персонал очень вежливый. Очень рекомендую. |
Забронировал без всяких проблем через Visa Card. Правда приходит слишком много подтверждений (по 3 штуки на каждый платеж), но это не так страшно. |

We were upgraded to adjoining Garden View Suites. this was great since there were 6 of us and we all got to stay close together. The service staff were extremely helpful from arranging a car and driver to info about where to go. We hate crowded places and they recommended some great snorkel sights. (Koh Tan and Midsum.) the breakfast buffet was perfect and the beach was nice except for no waves. We re from San Diego and like playing in the waves. |

Sensi Paradise Beach Resort, Suratthani 84280 The Sensi is really a very great resort. Absolutely beautiful setting on a green hill full of plants, trees, butterflies, gekhos, squirrels, lizards, birds,...very nice to hear the sound of the jungle in the morning, amazing gardens! The big pool is also amazing!! We loved it and the kids too. Nice to order snacks and drinks at the pool with great views on the hills. Restaurant is good, not too expensive, very fresh food, nice staff. We had a family room AC for 4: good beds, good room, big terrace with great view. Breakfast is not a buffet which is not so great because you can only choose 1 plate from a menu, not really what you expect for this kind of luxe hotel, but still nice food. You can very easily access the little town (10 min) walk which is a plus for shops and restaurants. Go to Zest café very good for a snack we eat their lemon pies and apple pies, yummie! Small beach at the hotel but you can snorkel there and what you see is fantastic, so many different kind of fishes and corals!!!! Only 100m from the restaurant of the hotel!! Amazing!! There is also an old ship wreck in the water, really we saw more fishes there than on a special boot tour of the island. You can hire material at the hotel for free. We spend 5 nights and we would go back!!! |

Centre Point Petchburi 15, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400 My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights on the tail end of our month-long trip to Thailand. Very nice four-star hotel in Bangkok for the money. Staff were professional, room was very nice with open-air balcony and city view. Pool/hot tub was awesome with incredible view of Baiyoke Sky Tower. Breakfast included was not bad. Convenient location near sky train. Nice Thai-modern architecture. Good place to relax after shopping/sight-seeing in the Big Mango. They did, however, forget to give us a wake-up call. |
