Sak Phu Duen Hotel & Resort, Pakchong, Nakhon Ratchasima 30130 It started badly when security demanded my Thai wifes ID card be left at the security gate. We did the first night but refused after that because of the personal security implications. One then meets the reception that I can only presume by the imposing height and number of steps leading upwards is designed to impress someone. Easy access it isn t. The Bungalow we stayed in was a good size but the electrics can only be described as Bloody Dangerous . The access was no better with shoddy rotten pieces of wood occasionally nailed together. The shower was supplied with intermittent hot water and a shower head my wife had to stand on tip toe to reach. The hand basin which has no storage area alongside was not fitted with hot water. The floor boards had protruding nails. There are much better places to stay in for a third of the money. Save yours and stay elsewhere. |

Seeharaj Hotel, Uttaradit My family and I enjoyed our stay in Seeharaj hotel because it\ s very quiet, well located and the staff is kind and helpful. I was invited to a wedding party and the Chinese dishes were delicious. In the morning, the basket of fruits was fanstastic and the Thai and Western menu was perfect for breakfast. I will recommand this place. |

I searched on internet for hours, until i found this boutique hotel as we are looking for specific things: hotel not too big with personalized service, a nice pool, nice furniture, good level but still easy going, perfect location with a few restaurants and not too busy. Surin beach is exactly what we where looking for: a little road behind the beach full of nice local restaurants and a few trendy places. Hotel is located at 5 min walk and there s buggys driving you around as it s quite steep. We had a courtyard suite and loved the 116 square meters!we had a jacuzzi on the terrasse, living room and an outdoor shower, plus a nice sea view. We travelled with our 3 years old daughter and it was very easy. It s not our first time in thailand so we know what we can get. This location is a perfect balance between this local feeling we all look for in this country and nice and upper level service. would definitively go back! |

When we gave our name they immediately knew what kind of rooms we had booked without even looking up information. We were checked in very swiftly and shown to lovely rooms. The botanical gardens connected to the resort provided us with a wonderful place to walk in the coolness of the morning. After the first breakfast when my husband asked for hot water, every morning when we arrived the staff had a pitcher of hot water waiting for him. The efficiency, friendliness and politeness of the staff was wonderful. Our daughters loved feeding the fish in the ponds each morning. We have already begun recommending this place to our friends, and we are planning on visiting again this fall. It was one of the best vacations we have had. |

Nora Beach Resort & Spa, Koh Samui, Suratthani 84320 Great place to stay, for us foreigners. Lovely and beautiful hotel by the sea, in a lovley green garden. Quiet good service, BUT for our stepdaughter, who is thai, all personell wasn´t so nice,some treated her bad, a lady doing nails by the pool, and a couple of ohters, women, in the restaurant and by the pool, she said, and added that is common for thais. Not very nice, I wanted to forward this to the management but she did not want me to do so, so I did´nt, even thew I think that´s BAD SERVICE. All guests should be treated equal, we pay equal, that´s not to much to ask for, I think. This hotel did not seem used to have thai customers. We could compare to ohter hotels because we had quite a trip, and lived at 3 more hotels during this holiday, where this problem was´nt obvious. The Spa was loveley, and the personel there very nice, even to my stepdaughter. Do´nt miss it! |

Great hotel/pool with friendly and serviceminded staff especially our friend by the poolside - absolutely the right man on the job. Pepole like him make´s you want to come back! Otherwise the room was better than I expected and everything was nice and clean. Another positive thing was that no one of the salespersons from the beach where allowed at the hotelpremesis - sweet! As for the beach i thought it was´nt as clean as I had wished for, they would really have to clean it up. My overall experience thou is that if I go back to Samui and Chaweng than I would definetively stay at The Villa Beach Resort! Enjoy! |

Tt s only the name is SPA, actually it is no SPA inside hotel. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. I choose this hotel as they have a free hotel shuttle even we arrive at 01:15a.m. Breakfast is simple but enough, the atmosphere is relaxing. The bad feeling is the hotel pick up agent, who is hiding. You better call to the hotel when you arrive. |

Laem Thian Resort, Suratthani Though located perfectly on Laem Thien pinnacle with splendid sunrise views and opportunities for rock climbing and snorkeling, this place is a real disappointment merely due to the management. They constantly have problems with water supplies and electricity (even in those few hours when it is supposed to be available). During our stay every second day was without water and the staff did not care for that at all saying it is fault of the clients who forgot to close the tap. The food is very expensive and the kitchen is a real mess. But if you try to supply food for yourself at the Sairee village, the manager Ping Pong would be pissed off. Actually, her priority is the well-being of her staff than the clients interests. They do not care for the environment, either. The clients clean the beach, not the staff. The rocks around the main building are littered. the only chance to save this unique place is to have the real professional manager, not just some PingPong. The concept of this isolated place with the bungalows right in the middle of the jungle is very exciting and it can be put into reality with just a little effort and responsibility. good luck. |

There were columns of small ants on the wall. I informed them after the first night and they said they would spray but clearly they did not as the ants continued and even got into my suitcase. I would not stay there again. |

Wireless is available for 300 Bhat for 3 hours. The room was very nice. Service was terrific. Perfect vacation spot. |

Koh Ngai Resort, Muang, Trang 92000 Koh Ngai resort was just OK for our vacation. The resort is getting old and needs some maintainance especially the air-con rooms. With no Fridge or TV and poor air-con i thought it was a little over priced. The resort is very quiet with nothing to do but have dinner in the evening, the beach bar has no music or athmosphere so you do not want to sit there to enjoy a drink. Staff are more than brilliant :-)and the snorkling is great - many tropical animal to see on the island. Next time i choose a different hotel on Koh Ngai :-( |

Grand Pinnacle Serviced Apartment, Ornnuch-Latkrabang Road, Bangkok Hotel seems ideal for those who have to stay for one-two days in Bangkok while travelling in Thailand. It s very close to Suvarnabhumi Airport (10-12 min driving) and has a free transportation to and from the airport. Rooms are small but have all necessary facilities for a short stay, better than could be expected for these money. Breakfast of course is not rich, but worth money. Personnel is friendly and try to do their best, although not all of them enough good understand English. Near the hotel one can find a lot of Thai restaurants, little shops and a food market. All these are very cheap. The hotel is more than worth money, definitely recommend it to friends. |

Kleines, aber sauberes Hotel und in einer ruhigen der vielen Seitenstrassen der Sukumvit Strasse (Soi 8). Etwa 300 m bzw. 5 min zu Fuß von der Hauptstrasse und somit von der ** NANA ** BTS Skytrain Station entfernt. Das Hotel bietet einen 24 Std. kostenlosen Golfcaddy Service zur Hauptstrasse und zurück an. Super Service. Das Personal ist sehr nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ich kann das Hotel wirklich empfehlen und werde es bei bei nächsten Aufenthalt in Bangkok wieder buchen. |
